The GPCRome wheel plot shows receptors for which mutation data has been annotated.
Data is shown in a color gradient, where blue denotes a small amount of mutations annotated in that receptor, and red implies a high number of annotated mutations.
Counts include mutation data annotated against non-human orthologs (e.g. rat, mouse, bovine), which are folded into their corresponding human receptor's total.
